Take a walk down Diagon Alley…

Calling all Harry Potter fans! Next time you’re in the UK (or if you’re already there) you can go behind the scenes and visit the actual sets used in the most successful film series of all time.

Recently celebrating it’s first year open to the public, Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is a unique walking tour that offers visitors the exciting opportunity to journey behind the scenes of the Harry Potter films and experience the magic for themselves.

Have you ever wanted to wander into the original Great Hall? Well, you can, and it doesn’t end there. The attraction allows visitors the chance to see firsthand the sheer scale and detail of the sets, costumes, animatronics, special effects and props that have been used in all eight of the Harry Potter films. You can also experience green screen technology, and marvel at the breathtaking miniature scale model of Hogwarts castle which took over 74 years of man hours to complete!

The full tour list includes the Great Hall, Gryfindor Common Room and Boy’s Dormitory, Dumbledore’s Office, Potions Classroom, Hagrid’s Hut, the Weasley Kitchen, the Ministry of Magic, Diagon Alley, Privet Drive, Hogwarts Bridge, the Knight Bus, plus much more.

You will also get to experience the creatures, makeup and prosthetics used in the films including Aragog, Buckbeak, Fawkes, Greyback, Griphook the goblin, the Mandrakes, and Voldemort.

Tickets for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter are available from the studio tour website. The studio is located just north of London at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden with fast train links from Euston and shuttle buses for ticket holders to and from Watford Junction.
