“The Lost Boys of Sudan” Film May Star Reese Witherspoon

“The Lost Boys of Sudan” is about four boys from Sudan who left a refugee camp, and their acclimation when they came to the US, and could star Reese Witherspoon in a major motion picture soon.

Reese Witherspoon will play the American woman the boys lived with. My only fear with such an acclaimed actress tied to the role is this film could be centered around Reese Witherspoon’s character, and less about the trials and tribulations of the boys.  It could easily turn into the “Blindside,” which starred Sandra Bullock, and become a campy over-the-top film about the “savior” who rescued the boys. However, until I see it I will remain optimistic because it is great that this picture is getting made. To read more about the details click here.
